I have an extensive library of articles, templates, planning documents, etc. on the subjects of project management, change management, learning & development, business analysis, the future of work... the list goes on. I use a variety of these tools in my day to day life, at work and at home.
I’ve seen some organizations follow one specific methodology and refuse to think outside of the preferred process, even when it makes sense to deviate from the norm . This can result in doing work that adds little customer value. I prefer to see each methodology as a resource in my toolbox. It takes refined analytical thinking skills to identify the right tool for the job.
